PAYMENT METHODS
We accept MasterCard, Visa and offer PayPal express checkout which allows you to pay by other credit cards. We also accept Money Orders or Checks. If payment is made by check, your item(s) will not be shipped prior to funds clearing the banking institution.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Most of our products are shipped UPS. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout. The charges are based on the weight of your product and shipping zip code. You may put items in your shopping cart and fill out the shipping information to get a shipping quote. The shipping charges will be provided before you are asked to provide credit card information. If the shipping weight exceeds our shopping cart calculators and the shipping weight needs to be adjusted, Educational Toy Medley will contact you with a shipping quote for your approval. There are no hidden handling fees and there is no sales tax - savings which are passed on to our customers.
Shipping Area: We do not ship outside the continguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO’s and FPO’s.
Free Shipping: Some products have “free shipping” or have “shipping included” offers but apply only to ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders over $75 will not incur a shipped charge.
Delivery Time: Your order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within three to five days. Most products are shipped factory direct via UPS or FedEx Ground. Estimated delivery time will usually be five to nine business days. This may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Please feel free to email us if you have any concerns regarding the delay in the receipt of your products.
PEDAL VEHICLES are shipped by Federal Express directly from the factory in California. Shipping charges range from $20 to $120 depending on your zip code or special shipping instructions with most charges for standard 5-day business shipping ranging from $15 to $50. If you would like for us to provide you an accurate shipping charge prior to your purchase, please contact us at sales@educationaltoymedley.com or you may access Federal Express' website at fedex.com directly for an approximate cost of shipment of the product from zip code 95492.
RETURN POLICY
Educational Toy Medley wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied with our product, we will gladly accept returns in their original new condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Your original purchase price will be refunded but we cannot refund original shipping charges. If free shipping was included with your purchase, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. You must email us at sales@educationaltoymedley.com to receive return authorization. Any returned unauthorized items will not be accepted. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Damaged Items: If your item is defective or was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. To process the exchange or a return on a damaged item, you must keep the original box and all packaging in which to return your item. Educational Toy Medley will assume the return shipping charges for all defective products. Please email us at sales@educationaltoymedley.com to receive authorization or to simply refuse the shipment if damage is evident at the time of delivery.
PEDAL VEHICLES: Returns will be accepted only on items damaged during shipment or per manufacturing defects. Authorized returns will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer. Replacement will only be for the same model or item. An order cancelled while product is in transit will be subject to a restocking fee and any additional shipping fees or charges incurred to cancel the order. A cancelled order will be credited in the full amount only if product has not shipped. A cancellation fee could be assessed for canceling a "back order".
